- Returns accepted for 14 days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase,
If the tag is broken, we assume that this watch has been used.
And cannot be returned, also No refund available.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package.
If the item is sent back to us without our return approval, the return will not be accepted.
Then No refunds are available.

Please use Express Shipping like UPS, FedEx, DHL for fast and safe return. Other shipping methods are not acceptable. and refund not available.

Packing problems and issues
Please inspect the packing before you unbox, if the packing is defective, damaged. please do not unbox, and contact us and spipping company immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please take video and image shot with your cellphone before unbox.
We will deduck the followings from refund amount.
1. Shipping fee, Sales tax and Fees we paid for you.
2. Inspecting and reprocessing fee. 10%.
3. If any problems with returned item, we may deduct additionally.
